Can I observe first or do I have to practice right away?

No observation. Everyone is working on their own edge together. The small group and structured format make it manageable.

What are the technology requirements?

Zoom (or MS Teams as backup) with reliable internet, camera ON (required), working microphone, and quiet space where you can speak freely.

Will the sessions be recorded?

No. We do not record any sessions to protect everyone's privacy and create a safe space for honest practice. We require all participants to maintain strict confidentiality: no screenshots, no recordings, no sharing of others' stories or situations outside the session. By joining, you agree to honor this commitment. We reserve full legal rights to enforce this policy.
